The PV series is a super soft foam series developed by our company. It has good adaptability and a compression ratio of up to 90%, bringing less resilience in space filling for our customers. It is suitable for sensitive device packages, vibration isolation, pressure relief, etc. Compared with similar products, the PV series has better surface strength, easy operation and easy to use with protective film. It is ideal choice for small spaces in handheld electronic devices.

Product features：

· Versatile thickness selection with 0.1mm～1.5mm for different space/gap application.

· Super soft and compressible. Compression ratio can achieve 90%.

· Tough surface. Easy to match with protective film and difficult to drop out chips.

· High level of anti-compression deformation assuring the devices of long-term protection.

The comparison of the above compression curves shows that the PV material is basically similar to the competitive product R 0.5mm (density 104kg/m3) within 50% compression strain while its rebound force value is a little bit higher. However, its rebound force value becomes smaller after 50% compression strain, which means that it has more compressible space. It can provide superior performance when equipment requires soft material protection. PV materials have tough surface and easy to match with protective film. Not easy to drop out chips, die cutting and assembly are more neatly.
