CoolGM® SGT series is a kind of two-component addition molding silicone thermally conductive pouring sealant product, which can be cured at room temperature (or high temperature) and is specially developed according to the requirements of heat dissipation of industrial parts. It has low viscosity, good fluidity, low shrinkage and high thermal conductivity. Some types can achieve self-adhesive to parts and are ideal for thermally conductive sealing in harsh environments. At the same time, the SGT series can adjust the formula for different needs and make products of different density and hardness to meet the needs of customers.
